Stop Multitasking

You would think that those who multitask are better at remembering things, when it fact it’s the opposite. Those that are mindful and detail oriented are better off at having a greater memory than those who don’t. Starting one task and finishing it allows your brain to stay focused. Starting a task, then moving on to another task before the first is complete can cause you to forget important details.

Anything that’s considered a game is typically fun. It’s important to challenge your brain with new surprising games to help keep brain function, functioning.  Playing computer-based brain-training games can help you sharpen a range of skills, from reading and comprehension to improved memorization.
