#161: How I’m Stepping into the Next Best Version of Me

One thing you probably know about me by now is that I’m always trying to improve.

I’m always working towards new goals, new levels and being better than I was yesterday.

Certain areas of my life are much easier to work on than others, but overall, I’m constantly striving to be the next best version of myself.

To do that, it requires building habits and routines that support my growth and development.

It also requires letting go of habits and routines that no longer serve me. I spend a lot of time at the end of the year reflecting on things that work and don’t work in my life, money and business.

In this episode, I’m sharing the habits I plan to implement as quickly as possible to help me step into the next best version of me.

One of the ways I plan to do that is by expanding my knowledge. I want to learn more by reading physical books, listening to audio books, regularly perusing news articles, and taking online classes.

While expanding my knowledge will grow my mind, I also want to grow my awareness of self.

I fully believe the self-work never stops. There’s always more to learn about ourselves. There’s always inner work that needs to be done.

To become Raya 2.0, I need to double down on the self-reflection and inner work I’ve started. I need to keep going. I need to go deeper.

Unfortunately, my therapist from 2024 is no longer covered by my insurance. However, she sent over some recommendations for other options, and I’ll be taking advantage. I’m going to use this as an opportunity to find someone who can help me take my inner work to the next level.

I want to give the habits and routines I share in this episode an honest shot.

I want to see how they impact my personal and professional growth. Then, I want to continue to find new ways to become the next best version of myself! I hope I’ve inspired you to do the same!
