#53: My Personal and Business Goals for 2023

During the last quarter of every year, I like to sit down and set my personal and business goals for the next year. I usually reflect on the progress of current goals and let that information help me tweak the new goals I plan to set. I don’t always reach every goal and sometimes I exceed my goal, however I never stop setting goals or stop working towards them. For years, I’ve been sharing the goals City Girl Savings sets each year, and 2023 is no different! In this episode, I’m sharing my personal and business goals for 2023. Putting it out into the universe makes it real! Even if I don’t reach the goals, I’ve declared them, and now I have to work towards them!

Here’s a glance at this episode:

  • [01:32] I kick off the episode by sharing my personal goals for 2023 and how I came up with them.
  • [07:29] I also break down my City Girl Savings business goals for 2023 and why those are the targets we will be working towards.
  • [13:39] From a business perspective, we typically set the same goals but with higher targets. This is because we’ve identified the KPIs for us.
