You may not recognize her name, but there’s no doubt you’ve seen her face. Rashida Jones, the daughter of actress Peggy Lipton and music producer Quincy Jones. Rashida is an actress who has been featured in hit shows like The Office and Parks and Recreation, as well as movies like I Love You, Man, Our Idiot Brother, and Friends With Benefits.
More importantly, Rashida campaigned three cycles for President Obama’s Democratic campaign and consistently fundraises for children’s medical research. We’re featuring Rashida on the Celebrity Style Watch because her style is trendy and consistent. Don’t sleep on Rashida, because we aren’t!
Red Carpet
Rashida looked flawless at the 2015 SAG Awards while wearing an Emanuel Ungaro gown and Norman Silverman jewels. The dress complimented her skin tone beautifully, to which Rashida had to remind a TV host that she was “ethnic”. The black nails and red lip add the perfect color touches.
While attending the popular 2015 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Rashida looked absolutely breathtaking in a floral Andrew Gn gown. Simple details and slicked-back hair ensured that full attention was given to her emerald-jewel drop earrings and feminine make-up.
Breaking away from plunging necklines and minimal accessories, we love that Rashida can switch it up and still look great. Attending ELLE’s Women in Hollywood Lunch, her blue dress was the perfect backdrop for her Dannijo necklace, gold jewelry and gold clutch. We love the fun fishtail braid and blue cat eye!
Street Style
Rashida oozes effortless style as she walks the streets of New York City. Her floral dress is perfectly paired with a mint green cross-body bag and strappy stiletto heels. Her jacket is worn fashionably over the outfit for a perfect fall look.
Another snapshot from out and about in NYC, Rashida does layering right with her collared white blouse, patterned vest, and black knee-length coat all over boyfriend-cut jeans. We love that she isn’t afraid to add some femininity, as her bag and stilettos take this outfit to the next level!
Fashionable and charitable! Rashida looks very trendy in her shirt dress and oxford sneakers while attending a charity event for Theory clothing. The belt around her waist gives her some shape while helping the dress look more form fitting.
